Job Well Done!

2008-08-13 21.11.43

We would like to congratulate Firefighter Jimmy Johnson for being nominated as the “Job Well Done” recipient for this week.

Firefighter James (Jimmy) Johnson was selected as the 2015 City of North Myrtle Beach Safety Employee of Year. He was selected by the Employee Safety Committee from nominations submitted to the committee.  According to nominations James is known by fellow employees as being “safety minded”. James co-workers and supervisors state he is quick to remind fellow firefighters to wear/use safety gear while on calls and that he does even the simple and redundant tasks with a focus on safety because he knows these tasks can result in injuries.  For being selected James received a check for $100 along with an award.

Thank you James for being a great example of Safety Consciousness.
