NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council met in a regularly scheduled meeting on August 21, 2023, at 7 p.m.
Prior to the regularly scheduled meeting, council members held an executive session to discuss a potential property acquisition. No votes were taken.
One proclamation was made at the beginning of the meeting. September 17-23, 2023, was recognized as Constitution Week
The North Myrtle Beach 9-10 year-old AAA Dixie Minors All-Star baseball team were recognized and honored for their successful season that included a district championship and making it to the state championship tournament.
