Personal Training

Personal Training is customized for your needs.  It can be just one or two sessions to get you started on a healthy lifestyle or an ongoing basis.  Please note the Community Center does not have weight equipment.  We will be using your body weight, isometric exercises, and/or tubing to increase strength and tone muscles. We also can tailor sessions to focus on improving flexibility. Please call Nakini to schedule an appointment
